What the AI's answer looks like

Illustrative excerpt: the real answer depends on the AI you use and what you fill in.

| Skill | Question | Follow-up | A strong answer includes | Red flags |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Leading a team | Tell me about a time someone on your team was underperforming. What did you do? | What happened next? | A specific conversation and follow-up | "I would tell them off" |
| Complaints | Tell me about the hardest complaint you have handled | What would you do differently? | Calming the customer, finding the cause, fixing it | Blaming the customer |
| Reports | Sales dropped two weeks in a row. Which numbers do you look at first? | Then what? | Footfall, average spend and similar | Cannot name any numbers |

Scorecard: 1-5 per skill ...
Time plan: 5 minutes intro, 30 minutes behavioral questions, 10 minutes for their questions

Tips

  • Pick the three to five skills that matter most; too many questions will not fit
  • Have every interviewer use the same scorecard so comparisons are fair
  • Avoid questions about age, family plans, religion and other private matters

How to use it

  1. Fill in the fields. You can leave a field empty for now; the prompt will show a [Please add] placeholder.
  2. Choose the tone, length and where you will paste it, then press Copy.
  3. Paste it into ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, DeepSeek or a local model. If the AI asks you questions, answer them and the result gets better.
